No "You have to answer my e-mail!" e-mails -I never got paid nor was I asked to write this guide. I get a lot already, sometimes I simply forget to answer you. Do you think I really "care" if you send me another e-mail. If I don't answer you the first time, I won't answer you the 2nd 3rd or 1000th. This isn't a random e-mail address so you can just bombard me with questions that are explained in the guide.

#RPG MAKER PS1 EBOOT HOW TO#
I know how to solve most problems but I wrote this guide so you can get help. I'm no longer answering e-mails that want me to solve the game for you. I'll probably give you permission just e-mail me. If you want to use my guide I need to know who you are and your website. Webmasters: I have a Copyright on my guide that some fail to look at and place my guide on your site anyway. This is not an e-mail address to send crap too! 4. I'm reporting the next piece of crap e-mail to their ISP. No Pyramid schemes, pr0n, chain letters, casino, muscle builder, fat lost. Writing RPG Maker will at least get me to look at it. Answering "No Subject" E-mail -If you're too lazy to write a subject I'm too lazy to answer it. IGN also has a guide, along with Dias Flac, and RKalinoski. If you still can't get it ask at a forun or message board. Answering E-mails regarding Switching -Take my example and try it. Like I said, it should work in theory, but either you're going to have to test it out yourself, or look online to find someone that already did.YES NO 2. After all, it wouldn't do to have a huge chatacter and tiny furnature unless my character was a giant :D so far, I haven't run into any problems.

As such, im making a few 2d items in a custom tile sheet that are scaled quite a bit bigger than the default ones in the software to have the sizes match.

(I'm still testing out the software myself in the trial version). So far, I've been able to use a 72x167 2d character sprite. I've never really tried using 3d rendered sprites myself, but you should try to search if anyone else already has? or maybe download the trial version and test it out yourself. Keep in mind, though, that because this software was intended to help people make 2d rpg games with tiny 48x48 sprites, you may have to make make sure to keep your renders small in order to not end up with massive characters and/or items in your tilesets (you could just make the rendered sprite sheets and tilesets be a little bigger but still tiny like 72x72 sprites or something like that). I recommend doing some research on those before deciding on how exactly you're going to go about making your game.

There are actually many different plugins out there that people are kind enough to offer for free use (there might be one for fancy camera movement during battle somewhere). if you want there are also plugins that can help you with adding more frames to your character's walking animation, although I've never used them myself. All in all, I think it would work the same way as 2d sprites would as long as you intend on using rendered images of 3d models, not use the 3d models themselves (which is why the free camera thing probably wouldn't work). In theory, you're going to have to make 3d models and put them into a png tile sheet as well as render a 3 frame walk cycle from the angles front, left, right, and back of a 3d character and put them all in a single png sprite sheet too. I think you would be able to do the locked camera stuff but not the free camera ones.
